What materials do you use for your jewelry?:
We use glass, wooden, plastic and metal beads, metal wire cord, and jute. If you have any allergies you are concerned about, please message us and we will discuss it with you.

Do you take custom orders?:
Time and materials permitting, we DO take custom orders. You can tell us to make you something you thought up, or ask us to re-make something you found on the site with customizations you want, or if the item you wanted has been sold.

How do I order?:
E-mail us at blackthornerosecreations@yahoo.com with the name of the item(s) you want to purchase. Make sure you include your name, postal address, and preferred method of payment.

How do I pay?:
You can pay us via Paypal, check, money order or well-concealed cash. Make sure you include your preferred payment method in your e-mail to us, and feel free to ask us any questions you have about the various payment methods.

How much will shipping be?:
Each item will vary, depending on it's weight, size and where it is going. We will try our best to let you know how much shipping will be either before or shortly after you order. If you want to know before you order, message us and we will reserve the item for you, figure out the shipping, and let you know the details.

What if I have to cancel an order?:
Things happen, and we understand completely if you have to cancel an order. If you must, cancellation must be made within 48 hours, so we can re-list the item on the website and sell it to someone else. Once payment is made, item CANNOT be canceled.
